How will I receive my digital products? Once your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a download page. You will also receive an automated email containing your personal download links.
Is there a limit to how many times I can download my files? To ensure security, each link has a download limit. However, if you lose your files, you can always access them via your account dashboard or contact our support.
I didn’t receive the download email. What should I do? First, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, ensure that the payment was successful. Still nothing? Drop us a line at info@destanart.com with your order number, and we’ll fix it immediately.
📂 Technical Details & Usage
What software do I need to open the files? Our visuals are provided in industry-standard formats such as JPG, or PNG. Most can be opened with any standard photo viewer, while layered files may require software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Can I request a different file format or resolution? We aim to provide the highest quality possible. If you need a specific format (like SVG or TIFF) that isn’t included in the package, please contact us before or after your purchase, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Are the visuals high-resolution for printing? Absolutely. Most of our digital assets are rendered at 300 DPI, making them perfect for both high-end digital displays and professional physical printing.
⚖️ Licensing & Terms
What is the difference between Personal and Commercial use? Personal use is for your private projects (e.g., home decor, social media). Commercial use allows you to use the visuals for business purposes, such as advertisements or client work. However, reselling the raw digital files is strictly prohibited.
Do I need to give credit when using the visuals? While we love seeing our work in the wild, attribution is not required. Once you purchase a license, the visual is yours to use according to our terms without mentioning our name.
💳 Refunds & Security
Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the files have been accessed. However, if there is a technical defect with the file itself, we offer a full replacement or a refund within 14 days.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways (like Stripe/PayPal). We never store your credit card information on our servers.
